Act fast if you want to get in on the early-season golf action of the Kelowna Chamber of Commerce's annual tournament, Wednesday, May 22 at the Harvest Golf Club.
"We know we may sell out this week," said chamber CEO Dan Rogers.
Every spring, chamber members and golfers eagerly anticipate the tourney for the incredible course, networking, socializing, fun and prizes.
"Our sponsors are primed with new perks for the nearly 150 golfers and we'll wrap up the networking sports event with a banquet that evening," continued Rogers.
"The UBCO Heat golf team will be on site to help golfers with some of the long drives, we'll have a charity 50/50 and more -- lots more -- to augment everyone's efforts to to meet some new business contacts, to have some fund and to work on their game early in the season."
The 50/50 is hosted by the Kinsmen Club of Kelowna and funds will go to the RISE Memorial-Kelowna Remembers, which will honour the five people who died in the construction crane collapse in downtown Kelowna in 2021.
There's $10,000 to be won at each of four of the Harvest's par-threes if you can shoot a hole-in-one.
Plus, there's $5,000 worth of other prizes to be won by golfers who hit the links that day.
